The only dogs that I kill in the series are the undead ones in Brigmore Manor or the ones in Stilton's mansion in A Crack In The Slab (because Sleep Darts are limited to just 5 of them vs the standard 10 that you used to get in D1 and the Daud DLCs).

Dishonored 2 is an excellent game with very poor optimisation. Watch dogs 2 seems to be a goodish game and will likely have optimisation problems as well (being an ubisoft title) but certainly not as severe as D2. If you have a beefy pc i suggest you go with dishonored 2 as the 1.2 patch improved things a bit. Dishonored 2 is clearly the better.
